At-Home Fitspo with Nike Training Club
The Nike Training Club app is one of my favorite fitness apps and the core of my at-home workouts. As someone who transitioned to mainly home workouts before the lockdown, Nike’s workouts have been an important factor in my daily routine.
The app itself is easy to understand and simple to navigate. There is the Feed- with updates from friends and Nike; Activity- which shows all of your workouts you’ve completed; Workouts- which is broken down into workouts you might like, targeted areas, and style of workout; then there are the programs. Programs are a 4-6 week fitness journey, led by one of the Nike master trainers, which can help you achieve goals or targeted problem areas. And of course it wouldn’t be a Nike app without promoting their own products, so there is a Shop section which showcase items that can help you in your workouts.
The workouts themselves go anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. They also have workouts appropriate for beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts. Whether you are just starting out and trying to get in shape or looking to improve and maintain, the Nike Training Club app has something for everyone!
